Blessings and prayers (by appointment)

When the monks of Lawa Khangtsen are in your city for a World Peace Tour stop, they may be available by appointment for:

• House blessings — a quiet visit to bless a home
• Business blessings — a visit to bless a workplace or shop
• Prayers for healing — prayers offered for someone who is ill or facing hardship

These are three ways the same offering can take shape. They are not a separate stage show; they happen when the public schedule allows — typically outside mandala viewing hours, talks, and ceremonies.

You do not have to be Buddhist. Newcomers are welcome. A coordinator will confirm whether an appointment is possible for the dates of that stop.

This is different from prayer dedications forwarded to the monastery in India. Appointment blessings happen in person during a city stop.

A small group of monks may visit for a short time. The visit is calm and ceremonial; you may be invited to sit quietly or follow simple guidance from the coordinator. Photography is usually not appropriate unless you are told otherwise.

Availability depends on the stop schedule. Use the request form on this page — a coordinator will follow up by email.

A quiet, respectful space for the visit (home, workplace, or another agreed location). Clear access and parking notes help. A local contact who can greet the monks and coordinate timing with the tour schedule.

Public programs and appointment visits are offered freely; donations are gratefully accepted and support the monks of Lawa Khangtsen and the tour. A gift is never required to request an appointment.
